Shipping Rates

  1. Our shipping rates are determined by volumetric size and weight.
  2. All of our patio umbrellas ship from Asia via 3-4 day UPS air shipping. This is the fastest shipping method available to us and we cannot overnight or second day air our umbrellas.
  3. If an umbrella arrives damaged, we will issue a call tag with UPS to pick up the umbrella and replace it free of charge. Please see our return policy for more details about issuing a return.
