  2. We offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all retail orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may send it back to us (at your expense) for a full refund, minus original shipping expenses. Please contact us before returning your order.   4. Each of our patio umbrellas is a work of art. We reserve all rights to this original artwork, and our designs may not be copied or resold without prior consent. If you wish to sell our umbrellas on the internet, we offer a generous drop-ship program. Please contact us at sales@asianpatio.com or 1-800-579-4252 for details.
  5. Images displayed in digital format can vary in color depending on your computer settings, browser, and other factors. Unavoidably, the colors displayed on your monitor may differ slightly from those of the actual umbrella.
  6. If you have special needs or requirements, such as adding a logo to an umbrella or creating a custom design, please see our custom umbrella page. In most cases we can paint almost any design or logo on our umbrellas for an extra charge – to be determined by the complexity of the design. Most designs and logos cost an additional $34.95.
  7. We can ship to most countries in the world. Shipping zones outside of the continental U.S. may require additional shipping charges. Please contact us for shipping rates.
  8. While we carry an inventory of our patio umbrellas, some may go out of stock from time to time. Please allow 1-5 business days for an umbrella to be constructed, and possibly longer if a larger quantity is ordered. In most cases, 1 umbrella requires 2 days to construct and ship.
  9. In the event of damage or breakage in the shipping process we will issue a call tag for the carrier to retrieve the umbrella and replace it free of charge. Please save all packaging, as the carrier must have this on all claims. For more detailed information about returns, please see our return policy.

Returns Policy
AsianPatio.com will accept returns on retail sales within 30 days of your receiving the item/s. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you must pay postage to return the item/s. In order to ensure a full and prompt refund, please contact us at sales@asianpatio.com or 1-800-579-4252 before returning your item/s. All item/s returned to us must be in the same condition as to when they were received for a full refund.
